Relaxing In the Moment
A closed group running on scheduled dates throughout the year. Relaxing in the Moment is a mindfulness-based stress reduction program led by a teacher of meditation and mindful movement for 25 years, Janet Solyntjes, MA, CYT. Learn how to manage stress or anxiety by integrating mindful relaxation into everyday life. This class meets one time a week for 8 weeks. Total cost for the classes is $120. When: 9 classes: September 3, 10, 17, 24; October 1, 8, 13, 15, 22. Tuesday classes from 6pm-8:30pm; Sunday, Oct. 13 class from 9:30am-3:30 pm (optional)
