Sign up now for the 2007 Strides for Epilepsy 5K Walk /Run!
 
  Touching our communities with awareness, understanding and      
  support for people with epilepsy.  

  The 2007 Strides for Epilepsy 5K Walk/Run, a fun event for people of all ages, is     
  slated for April 22 at Washington Park.  The Race begins at 9am. Together, we can
  launch a new and  resounding energy to create awareness, understanding and support for children and adults with epilepsy.

In addition to the walk/run, there will be a post celebration with beverages, healthy snacks and entertainment.  Dr. James Rouse, Channel 9’s Optimum Wellness specialist will be on hand as our official starter.

8:45 a.m.    Pre- Walk/Run Rally (Main Stage)
9:00 a.m.    5K Run
9:15 a.m.    5K Walk
10:00 a.m.     Fun Children’s event with prizes for everyone (Main Stage)
             
You have three ways to register:

1.    Visit www.epilepsycolorado.org and click on walk/run link. You will be able to set up your own                        
      personal or team page.  You will be able to send e-mails via this site to your family and friends to       
      invite them to pledge on your behalf.
2.    Fill out and mail a registration brochure at participating locations.
3.    Call 303-377-9774

If you cannot participate, your voice can still be heard by sending a contribution to The Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado; 234 Columbine Street, Suite 333, Denver, Colorado, 80206, or online through the link mentioned above.

Registration is $25.00.  Children six and under are free.  Participants may register the day of the event for $30.00.  All participants will receive a t-shirt the day of the event.
