Denver Strides for Epilepsy 5K Run/Walks

Strides for Epilepsy 2010
2010 Strides for Epilepsy 5K Walk/Run - Denver

What might have been our greatest challenge turned out to be our greatest strength. On Sunday June 13, the ominous clouds and torrential downpour brought out 1,100 STRONG to walk, stroll, run and cheer for our epilepsy community.  These efforts raised $90,000 to continue the year-round programs offered by the Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado.

We can’t begin to thank you enough for all of your pre-event fund raising efforts AND your determination to forge the soggy grounds on this chilly morning. It was clear that spirits were high and support for this unprecedented epilepsy awareness event is tireless. For those of you who had to stay home, we know you were there in spirit and began crossing your fingers for better weather next year.
